If you are leaving the country for vacation, please make sure that you fill out your emergency contact form and give that to your supervisor. Also, please make sure that you prepare well enough for any contingency for after you leave. Though no one wants it to, accidents unfortunately do happen. If you need to go to the hospital, you may be expected to pay for you treatment up front. So make sure that are covered!
If you are a prefectural 3rd or 4th year, it is possible for you to re-contract. If you desire to do so, please submit your re-contracting papers as requested, and you will be notified on the due date whether or not you were successful.
